As aSenior Quality Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our ICI projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and constructability from pre‑construction through close out.You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, consultants, and trade partners, acting as a go‑to expert for quality planning, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement on complex, high‑profile building projects.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on site, understands how quality intersects with schedule and cost, and knows how to influence teams without slowing them down.ResponsibilitiesQuality Leadership & OversightLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMPs) for ICI projects.Act as the primary quality resource on site, ensuring alignment with contract documents, drawings, specifications,



and applicable codes.Champion a proactive quality culture across site teams and trade partners.Inspections, Audits & CompliancePlan and conduct field inspections, quality audits, and verification activities at all critical stages of construction.Coordinate inspections with consultants, testing agencies, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders.Track deficiencies, ensure timely corrective actions, and verify close out.Documentation & SystemsManage quality documentation including ITPs, checklists, NCRs, turnover packages, and close out documentation.Maintain accurate and organized records using project systems such as Procore or equivalent platforms.Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Superintendents, designers, and subcontractors to resolve quality related issues efficiently.Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Coordinators or project staff as needed.Participate in coordination meetings (OACs, site meetings, design coordination) with a quality focused lens.Skills That Set You ApartStrong communication skills with the confidence to influence site teams and trade partners.Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities on active sites.Technically savvy with construction management software (Procore, MS Office,
