as well as dashboards and metrics to monitor it.* Perform ad-hoc analytics on large/diverse datasets from multiple enterprise applications like Yardi and MS Dynamics.* Provide data in consumable formats and automate data remediation opportunities.* Create high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and briefing notes* Work effectively and collaborate with other teams to drive organization wide efficiencies.**What You Will Bring:*** Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Data Analytics.*This job posting is for a newly created role within our organization.**The expected hourly rate for this role is $23-25.*#LI-DNPStrong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. Familiarity with SQL language, including SELECT statements, JOINs, aggregations, subqueries, regex, and basic query optimization.
