This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to help create, launch, and scale a national retail platform from the ground up, with the backing of one of Canada's most respected retail companies.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial eCommerce Product Manager to build, scale, and own our eCommerce platform from the ground up. This is a foundational role for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like a founder, and is excited to turn a business vision into a high-performing, customer-centric digital experience.You will define the end-to-end eCommerce strategy and bring it to life, shaping how customers discover, shop, and engage with our brand online. Blending strategic thinking with hands‐on execution, you'll lead the development of a best‐in‐class website that drives growth, performance, and differentiation in a competitive retail landscape.You are deeply data‐driven, relentlessly curious, and passionate about testing, learning, and continuous improvement. You see digital as a growth engine and take full ownership of outcomes—from roadmap to results.In this role you will:Be accountable for the end-to-end strategy, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of our eCommerce platform.Deeply understand users, business objectives, and market dynamics to deliver seamless, intuitive UX/UI and identify friction points and growth opportunities.Oversee development, integration, optimization, migration, deployment, and maintenance of all online products across Shopify and additional marketplaces.Lead initiatives from concept and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and scale.Define and track KPIs; analyze performance data, customer feedback, engagement metrics, A/B tests, and user research to inform strategy and unlock innovation.Create and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans in an Agile environment, prioritizing initiatives that maximize customer value and business impact.Analyze user behavior across digital channels to spot trends, optimize engagement, and drive conversion.Continuously identify, evaluate, and prioritize enhancements that improve customer experience and sales, balancing speed, cost, and long‐term value.Oversee inventory status, pricing updates, product descriptions,
and launches to ensure accuracy and consistency across the site.Coordinate with third‐party providers to deliver seamless integrations and scalable solutions.Run regular stakeholder touchpoints, communicate product decisions and progress, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership to drive alignment, solve problems, and close gaps across product and business.QualificationsThe Qualifications and Experience with like to see:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in eCommerce product management in retail or DTC environmentProven track record of launching and scaling an eCommerce businessExperience leading UX/UI, customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience design while working with design and technical teams to build and optimize websitesHands‐on experience with CMS (i.E., WooCommerce, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.), Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEOExperience working in Agile environments, managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint planningData‐driven mindset and skills with experience in KPIs, analytics, A/B testing, user research and performance optimizationEntrepreneurial self‐starter mindset with strong ownership, problem‐solving sense of urgency and comfortable managing and influencing people who are not direct reports across all levelsAbility to operate in ambiguity and build from zeroStrong cross‐functional leadership and communication skillsDetail oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in fast paced work environment with changing priorities and strict deadlinesWorking knowledge of eCommerce compliance, accessibility, and QA quality assurance best practicesAdditional informationThis is a current open position.The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually.Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience,
