Join Vancity as a Governance Consultant and play a critical role in our compliance efforts. This position offers a full time, hybrid work model focused on governance documentation and reporting.

As part of the Regulatory Compliance team, you’ll coordinate governance activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Your organized approach and strong communication skills will support effective oversight and compliance. You will maintain high-quality documentation and assist with stakeholder engagement to drive impactful governance practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain committee agendas, minutes,



and action logs • Coordinate governance reporting deadlines and activities • Consolidate and produce governance reporting materials • Ensure governance documentation meets audit-ready standards • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective governance support

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of governance and compliance experience • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks • Skilled in creating executive-level reports • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
