Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and experienced SeniorProject Managerto join our Capital Projects team. In this role, you will lead capital projects from front-end planning through execution, with responsibility for ensuring successful delivery against scope, cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Reporting to the SVP of Capital Project, you will work collaboratively across teams including engineering, corporate development, finance, strategic partnerships, Human Resources and Operations to ensure project delivery. This role requires a highly accountable project leader who is comfortable operating in a complex, quick-moving environment and leading teams without direct authority. You will play a critical role in establishing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining strong project controls, and ensuring all contributors are aligned to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes on time and on budget. This is a full-time, hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) role based in Toronto.What you will be doing:Lead project teams across multiple capital projects and studies in preparation for subsequent project phasesCollaborate with capital project colleagues and cross-functional teams to create accurate budget estimates, resource plans and schedules that align with required quality standardsLead the development of project scope, budget, work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, estimating, and commissioning plansLead front-end planning through execution of capital projects, including defining scope, objectives, risks, and constraintsWork collaboratively with project controls on: Cost tracking, Invoicing, Scheduling, Performance reportingPerform process mapping, root cause analysis, gap analysis,



and value engineering to identify efficienciesEnsure timely delivery of project outcomes, maintaining focus on fit-for-purpose solutions and holding all project resources accountable to deliver on time and on budgetMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and resolving issues proactivelyMaintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, reporting updates on project status and addressing concerns.Create and maintain a project risk register, proactively identifying and managing risksLead and motivate project teams, ensuring accountability, alignment, and high performance.Travel to other sites/plants required.What you will need to succeed:Minimum 10 years of progressive, hands‑on project management experience (industrial, manufacturing, mining, or similar environments)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related fieldMandatory certification: PMPorCertified Six Sigma Black BeltStrong understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule, and performance managementDemonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authorityStrong risk management and problem‑solving capabilitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience in strategic metals recycling,
