Once you demonstrate strong work ethic, consistency, and ambition, you may be selected to work directly with a senior technician for up to a year - accelerating your development into a professional technician.This is a performance-based chance. The path forward is real, but it must be earned.Starting Compensation$30-$32 per flat rate hour. Opportunity for advancement based on performance and attitude.The RoleThe Pit Crew Technician is responsible for handling high-volume, fast-moving work that keeps the shop running efficiently.This includes:Light maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations,
