disturbances, or emergencies following established protocolsProvide respectful, culturally sensitive interaction with Indigenous clients and visitors, recognizing and honoring community values and traditionsAssist with conflict de-escalation and mediate situations when requiredWork collaboratively with community staff to support programming and events while maintaining security proceduresQualifications for Health Care Security GuardLegally authorized to work in CanadaValid Manitoba Security Guard LicenseFirst Aid Training is an asset or willing to getUse of Force Training is an asset or willing to getStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsComfortable working independently and outdoorsDemonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skillsThis could be more than a job!
