These initiatives focus on improving retail partner performance and engagement across the conventional trade area within the Indirect channel. This role will place a strong emphasis on driving incremental volume and strengthening the overall commercial impact within the General Trade segment.Your Day to DayLead the development of multi-platform brand initiatives by defining program mechanics and scope. Handle supporting legal documentation, including trade agreements and T&Cs.



Coordinate budgets and volume forecasts to ensure each initiative delivers strong interpersonal value, a solid return on investment, and trade engagement. This role also involves collecting and integrating regional feedback to ensure bottom‑up insights and market expertise are reflected in the development and deployment of all trade programs.Lead projects that generate incremental value for the organization by optimizing existing processes, developing new tools, and supporting initiatives across both the Smoke‑Free Products (SFPs) and Combustible portfolios. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure outstanding project execution and deployment. Additionally, support the Manager, Trade Activation (GT) in building and maintaining an accurate, clear national Trade Activation Calendar that collects all planned initiatives and activities for SFPs and combustible products.Handle budgets by collaborating with Finance to supervise and report cost estimates, actuals, and accruals across multiple initiatives.Oversee the review and approval of trade payments to retail partners nationwide. This role owns the backend setup of trade program initiatives. It defines reporting requirements, coordinates system capabilities,



and supports future system improvements to ensure flawless program execution.Develop requirements for program performance and significant metric reporting in conjunction with the Commercial Intelligence team for the purpose of deriving actionable insights and analytics for decision making.You Are the Right Person for This Job If You Have3‑5 years of significant work experience in CPG/FMCG and/or MarketingPost‑secondary degree in Business Management or MarketingExperience working with marketing agenciesExperience in end‑to‑end development/deployment of retail trade programs/campaigns/contestsStrong negotiation and sales skills, as well as leadership capabilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environmentStrong project management and communication skillsExperience in analyzing data and deriving key insights to develop a trade program strategyStrong knowledge of PowerPoint and ExcelBilingualism or equivalent experience is an assetWhat We OfferWe offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
