In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring teams across the UK and Canada, with a generalist skillset and a key focus GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and Customer Experience (CX)

From role intake to offer, you’ll manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process — ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.You’ll also help drive our broader talent initiatives as we scale rapidly across Northern Hemisphere markets.Your key focus areas will be:Owning full-cycle recruitment across GTM and CX roles (UK, EMEA & CA markets)Partnering with hiring managers on role briefs, scorecards, and sourcing strategyCrafting compelling job ads that reflect our EVP and drive quality applicationsSourcing high‑calibre candidates using creative outbound techniquesReviewing applications and running structured screening interviewsManaging candidate pipelines and coordinating interview processesDelivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyTracking key metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvementSupporting broader hiring projects and process optimisation initiativesWho you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and a robust bias for impact.
