Admissions Advisors are responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for various vocational and non‑vocational programs by converting leads received by CIMT College. The role requires proactively engaging leads, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen program.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and program interests.Provide detailed information about program curriculum, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid, and student support services.Assist students with completion of application forms and required documentation.Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and eligibility based on established criteria and guidelines.Process student applications efficiently and accurately, including data entry and documentation management.Maintain regular communication to update applicants on status and address inquiries.Use effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, alumni, and external stakeholders.Represent CIMT College at recruitment events, career fairs,



and outreach activities.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and college policies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or a related field; Ontario college experience is an asset.Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and relevant regulations.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Working Hours and CompensationMon – Fri 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
