The role will be 3 days per week and the annual salary will be pro‑rated to the number of days worked per week.Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and working with the Plus Company Toronto Talent team, the person in this role is a close collaborator who plays a crucial role in managing HRIS systems, coordinating the current hire process, and collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and manage varied tasks across different areas of Human Resources.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the new hire process and creating the employee profile in the HRIS.Enter various data (promotions, salary increases, terminations, and more) into the HR system accurately and in accordance with established procedures.Ensure accurate, timely, and up‑to‑date employee records.Administer some HR processes such as the Referral process and Years of Service program.Provide day‑to‑day HRIS systems administration and support activities.Act as an employee point of contact by answering employees’ questions in the Talent inbox.Create HR reports (e.G., group benefits utilization reports, vacation management reports).Assist with reporting needs for the business (pitches, compensation surveys).Gather, summarize, and report information in a clear and concise manner.Assist in system audits, data maintenance, corrections, and testing to maintain data integrity.Support various HR projects as needed.QualificationsProficiency in Excel.Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.Human Resources diploma or a related college certificate (a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration)
