Job ID:26-14267Job Title:Change Management AnalystLocation:Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)Duration:200 Business Days (with possible extension)Client:Public SectorPay Rate:CAD $60 - $70 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of internal and external OCM strategies for multiple DRAS releases.Develop, coordinate, and manage stakeholder communications, including key messaging, presentations, and user-facing materials.Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, resistance trends, and user inquiries, and support follow-up activities.Identify gaps in training, communication, and organizational readiness and implement targeted change interventions.Lead post-release feedback collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate user experience and adoption success.Translate findings into actionable recommendations and response plans to sustain adoption and continuous improvement.Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, leadership, and stakeholders to align OCM activities with release schedules and project objectives.Contribute to ongoing improvement of change management practices and lessons learned across DRAS releases.Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and presentations as required.Support readiness planning and organizational transition activities related to system and process modernization.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.CertificationsPROSCI Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation is required.Mandatory ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.Minimum 5 years of experience developing organizational change management deliverables, including change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training and readiness materials.Minimum 5 years of skilled experience in written and verbal communication within complex organizational environments.Preferred QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience articulating and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Minimum 3 years of direct experience facilitating organizational change initiatives.Minimum 3 years of experience defining and measuring change success metrics and adoption progress.Minimum 3 years of experience building effective relationships with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Minimum 3 years of experience supporting both business and IT transformation initiatives.Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple priorities and strict project timelines in fast-paced environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
