You may work from any of the following locations: Winnipeg, MB; Vancouver, BC; Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; Lethbridge, AB; Toronto (North York), ON; Kitchener, ON; Ottawa, ON; Montreal, QC; Moncton, NB; Dartmouth, NS.We are currently looking for dedicated, driven and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a changing environment and are seeking diverse experience and advancement on a growing team.Job OverviewWorking under minimal supervision, the Senior Process Analyst contributes to Wawanesa’s success by utilizing analytic and project management skills to support all business stakeholders in meeting strategic priorities. They provide Lean, process improvement and change management support, increase knowledge and understanding, and influence the speed of adoption and proficiency. They foster relationships, build trust through collaboration, solve problems, and drive end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives that deliver tangible benefits from concept to execution. This position requires excellent communication, presentation,



interpersonal and technical skills.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the facilitation and requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders and document the results.Identify and eliminate business process waste and collaborate with business sponsors to create plans for improvements and implementation.Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of current and future state business processes.Lead the creation and delivery of presentations to multiple business groups including executive team members.Assist with managing team initiatives and maintaining timelines for continuous process improvement using project management skills.Develop and implement strategies for communication, engagement, training, and resistance management, as well as plans for projects, initiatives, and changes.Conduct training needs assessments and lead the development of training strategies, plans, and materials on projects.Possess a high‑level understanding of company standards, guiding principles, strategic themes, and established team methodologies that lead and influence a continuous improvement mindset.Develop and enhance productive business relationships by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, actively identifying opportunities for collaboration.Develop meaningful initiative and process performance metrics ensuring they are tied to business performance and strategic goals.Lead project scrums when required using Agile methodology.Identify and proactively manage project scope and risks.Coach and train team members, including peer review of documentation.Collaborate with business teams to identify areas of opportunity for process optimization, including assessing, quantifying value, and supporting business case development.Provide Operational Excellence coaching to other business areas.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise‑level process improvement activities using a structured methodology.Completion of post‑secondary degree/certificate or equivalent experience.Proficient understanding of common process improvement tools (e.G., process mapping, SIPOC, FMEA, SPC) and technologies.Proficient knowledge in Agile practices, scrum,
