We value speed, ownership, and shipping real products daily/weekly.You'll work directly with a small, tight team that ships fast and holds a high bar.## What We're Looking ForWe're looking for experienced builders only. You must have a portfolio of real shipped products - side projects you built yourself count and are highly valued. We will review everything carefully.No portfolio = no consideration.Requirements* 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping real products* Proven stack: Next.Js, Supabase, Vercel, TailwindCSS, Shadcn/ui, OpenAI & Anthropic APIs* AI-first - you leverage AI tools to the max to ship faster and work smarter. Claude AI, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, MCPs - these are part of your daily workflow. Non-negotiable.* Strong written and spoken English. Additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.) are a bonus.* High-agency and resourceful - you figure things out, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do* Founder mentality with strong ownership mindset* Calm and stoic under pressure - you stabilize,
