Job DescriptionMonthly rotation (1 month days, 1 month afternoons, 1 month nights)Oversee and ensure the efficient production of products while meeting company standards of quality, safety and operational policiesMaintain adherence to GMP / AIB, Health and Safety Standards, and company regulationsMonitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiencyConduct shift meetings to review departmental performance against production, health and safety, AIB, and scheduling criteriaEnsure timely preparation and staging of work orders and materials for upcoming 24 hoursMaintain adherence to manufacturing schedules, promptly addressing any deviationsConduct Root Cause Analysis with corrective actions and follow through on implementing the actions requiredMonitor employee attendance and performance,
