This role is crucial in ensuring that designs and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead development of products ensuring they meet structural and environmental specific requirements.Work with customers on designs, modifications, and custom requirements.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers on team.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with internal teams of design and structural engineers.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Perform loading calculations using applicable building codes within North America.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Engineering Designation preferred (P.



Eng)5 plus years experience in Engineering role, consulting or EPC environments.3 plus years in an Engineering leadership role.
