If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a lasting impact, this is where your journey begins.Responsibilities includeDefine, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions for case managementEngage directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutionsDesign and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial or legacy systemsCollaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolutionDeliver projects in an Agile SCRUM environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives and backlog groomingUtilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub to manage project deliveryMentor and support junior team members,



fostering a culture of knowledge sharingDevelop a strong understanding of our services, industry, and community engagementSkills & QualificationsTechnical expertise in designing, planning, configuring, or customizing Dynamics 365 for case‐based solutions (e.G. customer service, grants management, licensing).Experience with Dynamics CRM configuration, customization (Plug‐ins), and third‐party integrations (e.G.
