At CVS Controls, we are committed to delivering reliable, customizable solutions that consistently meet or exceed the expectations of customers worldwide.OverviewThe Inventory Associate picks and distributes parts to production staff, assists the Inventory Parts Lead with the organization and control of parts in the inventory area, and supports all inventory warehousing activities.ResponsibilitiesPerform inventory cycle counts in the inventory area.Pick parts and work order items by hand or with parts picker/forklift for production staff.Review and make corrections on work order items.Bag parts and stock accordingly e.G., making parts kits.Sort,
move and organize inventory.Use of handheld RF unit for ERP functions.Ensure inventory area is clean and tidy.Wash parts and break down crates.Handle paperwork.Assume other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience working in a warehouse setting.Experience using Kinetic or similar ERP software is an asset.Knowledge of product and parts.Forklift and fall arrest certifications.Basic mathematics and computer skills.Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.Organized and detail oriented.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Effective time management and decision-making.Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities.Self-motivated, demonstrates flexibility and initiative.Willingness to learn and take direction.Interpersonal and teamwork skills.Ability to operate a forklift, parts picker, and electric pallet jack.WageRanges from $20/hr - $25/hr. Wage increases based on skills and experience.Work ScheduleFull-time and permanent position. Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required.Drug and Alcohol TestingCVS Controls is committed to maintaining a safe and drug free work environment.
