They will report directly to the Tennis Director. This position will primarily be scheduled during junior tennis programming hours (evenings and weekends).This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00–$21.00 CAD.Benefits for Part time RolesPension matching.This position will remain open until July 10th, 2026.About the VenueYoungs Sportsplex, located in Welland, ON, consists of four indoor tennis courts, one indoor full‑size soccer field (divisible into three small‑sided fields), three outdoor full‑size artificial turf soccer fields, and two outdoor full‑size grass soccer fields.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning, organizing, and delivery of high‑quality, safe,



and stimulating tennis programs for all levels of junior participants.Provide on‑court instruction of youth tennis players.Keep current with tennis industry trends and best practices for instruction.Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and respond proactively.Ensure strong participant retention rates and strive to grow junior tennis program participation.QualificationsTennis coaching/instructional experience.Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) certifications are considered an asset.First Aid and CPR/AED, police vulnerable sector check required.Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.Ability to be detail‑oriented, multi‑task, and effectively prioritize in a continuously changing environment.Exceptional communication skills.Guest oriented and service‑mindful.Strengthened by our Differences.
