About The RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting the business in developing & executing the long‑term strategy to achieve sales and margin growth goals on individual categories. The role manages the scope and goals of the project, work plans, product launch timelines and implementation strategies for new product initiatives and product changes. The Project Manager plans and manages multiple related projects, including cost/benefit analysis, budget estimation, timeline management, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely project completion.Your ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives.Manage cross‑functional teams (marketing, trade, quality, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, legal, packaging, logistics, etc.) to launch new products and modify existing products as per the agreed launch date.Establish project scope, timelines and coordinate all activities associated with new product development and product change from inception through project completion.Lead Supply feasibility assessments for NPD/EPDs, coordinating activities with Marketing, Procurement and factories to determine sourcing options, preliminary COGs, CAPEX and project timelines.Proactively evaluate risks and have mitigation strategies to overcome the challenges, ensuring timely launches.Ensure COGS benchmarks are available based on other sourcing locations or similar products during early feasibility.
