We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our Life & Health Contracts team, supporting the US, Canada, and English Caribbean markets. In this role, you will draft and structure reinsurance contracts, ensuring terms are clear, accurate, and aligned with market practice. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the L&H Contracts Team Lead – US/Canada/English Caribbean.About The TeamThe L&H Contracts function drafts, reviews, and advises on traditional reinsurance agreements between Swiss Re and its clients. The specific base salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
