Product Operations Analyst SrThis role supports the implementation of current funds and solutions, fund changes and enhancements, and fund mergers and terminations. The analyst works closely with stakeholders in Canada, the U.S. and global sites, including legal, finance, operations, fund accounting, and portfolio management. It follows a flexible hybrid schedule, first at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga.ResponsibilitiesPrepare fund launch and event change documentation, coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.Collect and maintain product brief data and reference guides for business partners.Coordinate working committees, agenda, feedback, and problem resolution for product‑related issues.Assist with issue resolution for ongoing product launches and restructured products.Support data strategy for the Product Operations Team and lead or assist with ad hoc projects.Prepare documents for benchmark changes, portfolio manager changes, and other fund events.Operate as a member of the project team for implementations of fund changes such as restructures, rebalancing, mergers,



and terminations.Qualifications3+ years of mutual fund or investment industry experience.University degree with a finance focus preferred, or equivalent work experience.CFA, CA, or PMP certification is an asset.Current work authorization for Canada required.Occasional travel required.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary and discretionary performance bonus ranging from $99,000 to $123,000, based on experience and qualifications. RRSP contribution after 6 months of employment.
