The incumbent will liaise directly with other department personnel to ensure project goals are met on budget, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.What You'll Be DoingShop painting experience, painting of parts / machinesShot blasting experience, blasting of parts to specific SP conditionsKnowledge of masking requirements for machined surfaces prior to both blasting and painting processesAbility to use abrasive-blasting equipment in a safe mannerExperience using Pressure Pots,



Cup Guns and HVL GunsAbility to mix their own paintKnowledge on prepping material for paintSpray / Bake booth experienceDemonstrated ability to consistently maintain a high productivity level with a high commitment and flexibility to achieve business goalsManually painting in a manufacturing environmentWill examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specificationsOrder materials and quote to paint times etc.Ability to work in a team workplace and actively participate in group meetings safelyEnsure scheduled milestones are metNotify the appropriate departments if milestones are not metAdhere to the Eclipse Project Operating PolicyEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
