If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, join us and empower our members to achieve their financial goals.What you’ll do:Analyze member needs, provide individualized financial advice and recommend appropriate Beem Credit Union products and services and alternatives, including cross-selling and referrals to specialists.Conduct interviews with members to identify lending needs and make recommendations. Gather information related to loan applications including conducting credit checks.Sell, prepare and ensure accurate processing of lending,



deposit and investment products and services.Provide account services to members and process routine banking transactions.Troubleshoot and assist other branch employees with complex transactions and provide system overrides as necessary within set limits.Proactively participate in seasonal and ongoing marketing product campaigns.Build full financial relationships by analyzing member needs and finding solutions; upsell, cross-sell and make specialist referrals for credit union products to increase product and service penetration and wallet share.Engage in business development activities within the branch’s community. Actively look for opportunities to bring new business to Beem Credit Union.Perform regular and proactive outbound calls for product renewals as well as marketing campaigns to increase member retention and wallet share.Proactively seek opportunities to consolidate business from other financial institutions and strengthen financial relationships with Beem Credit Union.What you’ll bring:Minimum 3-6 years related experience.Post-secondary business degree or diploma is considered an asset.Consumer & residential mortgage lending experience.Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities.Driving your career and personal development and ready to step into a leadership space.Your Total RewardsCompensationAnnual salary range: $58,500 to $75,700Your pay reflects the skills, experience, and unique strengths you bring.
