We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with strong AWS cloud experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role will be responsible for technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands‑on development while guiding a team of Salesforce developers and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureLead the end‑to‑end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and custom applicationsDefine Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and governanceDesign and oversee Salesforce–AWS integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven patterns, and middlewareEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and compliant with enterprise standardsDevelopment & DeliveryProvide hands‑on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and FlowsReview code for quality, performance, and security; enforce coding standardsLead complex implementations including data migrations, large‑scale automations, and integrationsSupport CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategiesAWS & IntegrationDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and AWS services such as:AWS LambdaAPI GatewayS3Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on security, IAM, monitoring, and cost optimizationSupport hybrid and microservices‑based architecturesTeam & Stakeholder CollaborationMentor and guide Salesforce developers and technical resourcesPartner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical estimates,
