Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Civil) – Critical Infrastructure to support one of Canada's leading construction organizations on the delivery of essential infrastructure projects across water, wastewater, bridge, and other civil infrastructure sectors in the Vancouver, BC area. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through project closeout. This individual will maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, schedules, costs, risk management, and overall project performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client expectations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and internal project teams. They will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration across project stakeholders, and ensuring all project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements. This individual will play a key leadership role within the organization, contributing to a collaborative team environment while helping deliver infrastructure projects that provide long-term value to communities. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with robust communication skills, proven project management experience, and a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure construction projects. Travel to project sites will be required based on project needs.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of project management experience with a portion of the experience relating to the delivery of wastewater or bridges
5+ years of progressive experience operating in a lead Project Manager capacity with a mid-size or large general contractor
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered)
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required
Experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects including water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, bridges, or related civil infrastructure
Professional designations such as P.Eng., PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or equivalent industry credentials
Experience working within an employee-owned or collaborative project delivery environment
Strong background in construction financial management, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration
Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Background working on Design-Build, IPD, or alternative project delivery models
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop
