In this role, you will analyze complex financial and claims data, translate insights into compelling narratives, and deliver recommendations that enhance operational performance and support enterprise strategy. As a trusted business partner to leaders across markets and functions, you will provide meaningful analysis, develop intuitive dashboards, and present insights that strengthen planning, performance management, and long‑term direction. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, curious professional who excels at turning data into actionable, business‑ready insights within a dynamic insurance and claims environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high‑impact presentations for executive and cross‑functional audiences, delivering financial and claims‑related insights with clarity, confidence,



and strategic focusBuild insight‑driven storylines for financial updates to collaborate with business partnersDevelop and maintain accurate and timely dashboards that support improved decision‑making, operational performance, and strategic planningLead moderately complex analysis projects addressing ambiguous business issues including cost benefit analyses and scenario modellingUse analysis to influence and drive action within finance, leadership and our business partners by using fact‑based, holistic and forward‑looking perspectives to identify emerging issues and current trends, and assist in implementation of strategiesPartner closely with claims, finance and product business partners to interpret operational metrics and improve claims management strategiesRequirementsRequires 4+ years of related experience in financial analysisUnderstanding of insurance operationsMS Office Suite with advanced Excel (e.G. Xlookup, IF statements, ISERROR formulas, etc)Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard design, and storytellingWorking knowledge of SAS and SQLStrong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial results and develop a narrativeExcellent collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environment and across multiple sites and business unitsInterpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skillsAnalytical and problem‑solving skillsSkillsBusiness Storytelling, Financial Analysis, Financial Forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Variance AnalysisCompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 77,200.00 - 124,075.00 annually.
