We are seeking four (4) temporary Summer Students to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team this summer. This is a full‑time position on a 4‑month term based at the McIlvenna Bay site working either a 7/7 or a 14/14 rotation. This term position is from May until the end of August 2026.Foran Mining is a modern mining development and exploration company advancing Canada's only greenfield copper project currently under construction: the McIlvenna Bay deposit in Saskatchewan. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world‑class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. We believe in empowering our people, fostering a culture of growth, and creating opportunities for meaningful careers as we build the mines of the future.As part of the Site Services Team, this temporary Summer position is responsible for performing a variety of general labour duties on surface to aid the advancement of our project site in a safe and efficient manner.Job Responsibilities:Packing and moving of various items from around the site to the warehouse and other surrounding buildings.Prepping and painting of Sea Can containers on site.Perform general site clean up duties while following proper disposal requirements.Assist warehouse personnel with stocking of materials and other supplies onto shelves.Pickup/drop off supplies to nearest centre by vehicle as required.Perform various general cleaning/organizing activities required at the project site.Assist the Environment and site services team with inspection and sample activities.Data entry for underground or service work or inspection sheets.Support with document control, categorizing and uploading material.Job Qualifications and Skills:Must be 18 years of age or older and currently enrolled in full‑time studies, or planning to begin full‑time post‑secondary studies in the fall.Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.Standard First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.Ability to work outdoors in an industrial environment.Ability to demonstrate safe and efficient work practices.Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workplace.Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability.Willingness to learn and take on new skills.Strong decision‑making and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to adapt in a rapid‑paced environment.Compensation:$22.40/hrForan is committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce as we move into our next phase of growth.
