We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused People & Culture Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture (HR) function across our three distinct brands. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate record-keeping, and a positive employee experience.The People & Culture Administrator will report to the Director of People & Culture and works closely with leaders across the organization, providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee RecordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS dataPrepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updatesTrack probation periods, contract renewals, and employment changesRecruitment & Onboarding SupportCoordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsAssist with reference checks and pre-employment documentationPrepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have a positive first-day experiencePayroll & Benefits SupportSupport payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee informationAssist with perks enrollment, changes, and general employee inquiriesMaintain records related to leaves of absence and time-off trackingEmployee Support & CommunicationsServe as a first point of contact for general People & Culture inquiriesSupport internal communications related to policies, events,
and People initiativesAssist with employee engagement activities and programs across all brandsCompliance & ReportingEnsure HR files and processes comply with employment standards and internal policiesSupport the preparation of HR reports and data trackingAssist with policy updates and document controlGeneral Administrative SupportProvide scheduling and coordination support for meetings, training sessions, and People initiativesSupport special projects within the People & Culture team as neededQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture administrative rolePost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredWorking knowledge of employment standards and basic HR practicesExperience using HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environmentThis position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy within the organization.Base salary range: $50,000 to $60,000.We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace.
