COMMERCIAL PLACEMENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR

WINNIPEG – FULL-TIME – HYBRID

THE EMPLOYER

- Locally operated, reputable and long-standing MGA located in Winnipeg
- Supports brokers in both personal and commercial lines
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture

THE POSITION

- Provide administrative and marketing support to the commercial underwriting team
- Key liaison between underwriters, brokers, insurers and internal staff
- Assist with insurer placements and maintain broker and insurer relationships
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, process policy transactions, and ensure all underwriting documentation are completed accurately
- Coordinate quotes, terms, and supporting documentation from insurers
- Set up and process recent business, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation transactions

MUST HAVES

- 1+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
