Experience in developing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top technical talent is essential.Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment efforts for all technical roles across the organizationManage the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with leadership to meet hiring needsDraft and refine job descriptions; partner with hiring managers to understand team requirementsDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talentScreen and evaluate applicants; coordinate interviews and gather feedbackCommunicate with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experienceExtend offers and negotiate compensation packagesInitiate onboarding plans for new hiresQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
