About the RoleCurrently Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Health and Safety Administrator in Sudbury. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by working closely with the Health, Safety, Environment and Training Supervisor in order to assist with department initiatives; input training records,coordinate training, assist with procedure writing, prepare risk assessments, participate in incident investigations, and perform other clerical duties such as preparing and editing spreadsheets, presentations, letters, and memos.ResponsibilitiesAssist the site team with procedure writing, developing risk assessments, investigations and serve as a resource for superintendentsManage training coordination, update training matrixes, schedule site inductions and 3rd party trainingReview and upload completed training documentsDeliver Surface Mining Common Core (U0530, 531, and 532)QualificationsPost‑secondary education in Workplace Safety and Prevention Technician or similar; or a combination of education and experienceRelevant experience in health, safety and training an assetProficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to take initiative to research and complete tasks with minimal supervisionWhy Choose Technica?Working at Technica means choosing a safe environment where every employee is valued equally,
