You'll leverage your deep technical expertise to make a tangible difference.What You'll DoStrategic Impact:Understanding and demonstrating how Siemens PLM services will profoundly impact and integrate with customer initiatives, business drivers, and value.Best Practice Leadership:Leveraging industry best practices and templates to deliver Siemens PLM Software solutions that provide exceptional customer value.Architectural Design:Leading the architectural design for one or many product domain solutions, ensuring they precisely address customer business requirements.Solution Translation:Translating complex business requirements into specific PLM solutions, applications, or process designs for moderately complex projects.Project Support:Supporting project management activities to expertly control scope, cost, schedule,
and quality.Customer Engagement:Communicating project processes and progress through active engagement with customers, managing expectations, and fostering adoption.NX Implementation Strategy:Assessing customers' current CAD/CAM/CAE landscape and developing comprehensive NX implementation strategies.Collaborative Solutioning:Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and define optimal NX solutions.Technical Execution:Developing and executing detailed plans for NX software installation, configuration, and integration.Empowering Users:Providing comprehensive training to end-users on NX tools, workflows, and best practices.Problem Solver:Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Teamcenter, NX software, and integrations.Optimization Champion:Continuously monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization to ensure peak efficiency.What You'll BringEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Siemens NX and Teamcenter software.NX Mastery:Deep technical expertise in NX product design, manufacturing,
and simulation capabilities.Proven Leadership:A proven track record of successfully leading complex NX deployments and migrations.Problem-Solving Prowess:Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve intricate technical challenges.Communication & Collaboration:Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.Autonomy & Prioritization:Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Presentation Skills:Experience presenting to groups in a question-and-answer setting, articulating complex ideas clearly.Persuasive Communicator:Ability to communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness.Travel Readiness:Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (approximately 30% required).Work Authorization:Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work status in Canada required.Language Skills (Preferred):Bilingual (French and English) preferred.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual target total cash compensation range for this position is $114,200 CAD to $164,200 CAD with a 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offer is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
