This role leads a high‑performing team while contributing to senior leadership and shaping long‑term strategy.LocationRemote – Ontario / Quebec (telework)Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic stakeholder management – overall management of key stakeholders influencing healthcare access and innovation.Team management & talent development – lead and develop a team to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.Tender success – design and execute tender strategies with Sales and Marketing to secure major bids and expand into private markets.Commercial transformation – drive adoption of internal commercial transformation initiatives.Strategic growth initiatives – build Go‑to‑Market models for enabling technologies and other channels.Senior leadership – contribute to shaping DePuy Synthes’ trajectory in Canada as a member of the leadership team.Support marketing initiatives and provide input for annual business plans.Build tools and processes for market access, particularly for enabling technologies.QualificationsUniversity bachelor’s degree required; MBA in science and/or business management preferred.8‑10 years of experience in sales or marketing leadership, key account management, or related roles.3‑5 years of people management experience.Minimum 25 % travel (flying and driving) required.Experience in MedTech, Pharma, SaaS, life sciences, or biotech preferred.Knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Dynamics, and Co‑Pilot preferred.French language skills strongly preferred.Additional InformationBase pay range for this position is $131,000 – $225,400 CAD.
