The ideal candidate will bring broad HR generalist experience as the sole HR professional supporting a team of 100+ employees.THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to VP Operations, the HR Generalist will manage the full scope of day‑to‑day human resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding. This is a highly diverse, hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full‑cycle recruitment process and onboarding of new team membersDevelop recruitment and retention strategies to maintain desired headcountsServe as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and employment legislationDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs in accordance with BC employment standards, workers’ compensation, and OHS legislationMaintain employee documentation including discipline letters, performance reviews, and leaves of absenceCoach employees and leaders on performance management, leadership, and collaborationManage employee records and status changes in ADP Workforce Now,
