Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (International)Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.You will be joining Clio’s Revenue Operations team as a high-impact, senior leader during a pivotal phase of the company’s continued global expansion. As Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, International you will play a critical role in scaling Clio’s end-to-end Lead-to-Cash motion across the International markets while optimizing existing revenue processes to support sustainable growth.You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue operations across new business, expansion, and renewal motions, ensuring operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and strong alignment with Clio’s go-to-market strategy. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, and report directly to the Director, Sales and Channel Operations.What you’ll work onTeam Leadership & International Scaling– Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing Revenue Operations team focused on international growth; partner with International GMs and Senior Leadership on OKRs; collaborate with sales leadership to operationalize revenue strategies; build tools, frameworks, and processes for new market entry, expansion, and renewals; drive cross‑functional alignment between global and regional teams.Systems & Revenue Operations– Identify, design, and implement improvements to global revenue workflows; own and optimize systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and Netsuite; ensure processes scale for international expansion and product growth; apply the revenuetechnology stack to support various go‑to‑market channels.Sales Forecasting & Planning– Develop accurate global sales forecasts from historical data and pipeline analysis; partner with sales leadership to set realistic targets, quotas,



and capacity plans; drive rigor and consistency in forecasting and pipeline management.Sales Reporting & Executive Communication– Prepare and present recurring reports, dashboards and insights on sales performance and key metrics; deliver clear, actionable insights to Sales Leadership and stakeholders to inform decisions.Revenue Analytics & Insights– Conduct reviews of account performance, segmentation, prioritization, and win/loss analysis; lead predictive and diagnostic analytics; translate data into practical recommendations; analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements across the funnel.Who you areHigh‑impact self‑starter who takes initiative and moves projects forward with little guidance; excited by leading cross‑functional workstreams and generating senior leadership buy‑in.Raw smarts and hustle – able to solve complex problems from start to finish.Strong analytical skills – quick to structure analyses that answer key business questions and build sound data architecture.Process and operational thinking – independently iterate solutions and document them for all audiences; Salesforce experience is a plus.Communication and stakeholder management – connect with sales reps and engineers to create productive processes and metrics; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Flexibility and hustle – manage change and ambiguity well, juggle multiple priorities, pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.What you may have5+ years of people‑leadership experience, managing direct reports.8+ years in operations,

Salary bands differ for other regions based on local currency.
