Job DescriptionProject: North MineLocation: Sudbury, ON CanadaRotation: 7 days on 7 days offShift Length: 10.5Salary Range: $73,000 - $123,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paidBenefits: Redpath offers comprehensive benefits including but not limited to health, dental and vision care, life insurance, pension and employee assistance programPre-employment requirement: Drug TestOverviewThe primary role of the Construction Miner is to perform shotcreting, building refuge stations, vent walls, crusher stations, muck bins, conveyor installation, timber and concrete work, sump installations, the installation of vent tubing (soft, steel and mechanical vent), install air, water and discharge lines, and other construction work and maintenance jobs as required.ResponsibilitiesInspect existing underground headingsKnowledge of construction methods in the mining environmentScale loose rocks and install ground support to stabilize rock mass and ensure overall safety in the workplaceOperate pneumatic hand‑held drills and various other construction toolsOperate hand‑held drills such as jacklegs and stopersUse of rubber‑tired underground mobile equipment such as LHD (Load‑Haul‑Dump) units, scissor trucks, boom trucks, shotcrete sprayers and other support vehiclesFollow established regulatory, company,
