and progress —and it shows in everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert proposal estimates into structured and accurate project budgetsMonitor daily and weekly production and financial reportingParticipate actively in change management processesMaintain and update project risk registersEnsure compliance with project history records and documentation requirementsSet up project WBS, cost codes, and baseline budgetsUphold project controls policies and ensure consistent application across the projectUpdate project cash flows and analyze variancesPrepare accurate cost forecasts and performance reportsReview project contracts to ensure compliance with commercial requirementsSupport and document change management processesProvide insight and advice on project controls strategiesTrain and mentor project staff in controls processes and proceduresCollaborate closely with the Contracts Specialist and Project ManagerQualifications / RequirementsMinimum5 years of Project Controls experience(heavy construction experience preferred)Demonstrated success in project controls onfixed‑price contractsProficiency with scheduling tools such asMicrosoft ProjectorPrimavera P6Degree inEngineering ,Accounting, or equivalent disciplineStrong understanding of cost, schedule, change, and risk management principlesExperience withclaims substantiationand complex project documentationAbility to develop, maintain, and optimize Project Controls systemsStrong skills in generating internal and external project reportsSkills,
