In this role, the Employee shall be responsible for the timely and secure transportation of goodsand materials as assigned by the Employer. Duties include but are not limited to:(a) Operating commercial vehicles in compliance with all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and Company policies.(b) Completing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.(c) Safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading cargo. (d) Ensuring documentation such as delivery receipts, bills of lading, and logbooks are completed accurately and submitted promptly.(e) Reporting any accidents, delays, vehicle defects, or incidents to dispatch or management.(f) Adhering to designated routes, schedules, and client-specific delivery protocols.(g) Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned vehicles.(h) Cooperating with warehouse and administrative personnel to ensure efficient logistics operations..RequirementsValid Class 5 or Class 3 BC Driver’s License (clean abstract required)- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred- Physically fit: able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly- Strong work ethic and punctuality- Knowledge of local and regional routes in BC- Ability to use GPS and electronic logsPreferred Skills:- Experience in delivering and handling large appliances (e.G., fridges, stoves,
