This role focuses on driving efficiency and accuracy in employee transactions while delivering a high-quality employee experience. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR knowledge, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day HR operations transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendorsSupport onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, payroll, and employment changesProcess employee data and transactions accurately within HR systems and workflowsMaintain and update employee records, organizational structures, and position managementAdminister perks programs, including health, life plans, and government-mandated benefitsHandle payroll-related activities including input validation, reconciliation, and reporting (where applicable)Respond to employee document requests such as certificates and employment verificationDevelop and maintain HR content in self-service portals and documentationProvide triage support in collaboration with the Response CentreLeverage HR knowledgebase to ensure consistent and efficient processesPrepare monthly HR reports and maintain data accuracy through audits and quality checksParticipate in system testing, upgrades,
