We are currently seeking alawyeror amember of the Ordre des CRHA, ideally with at least three (3) years of experience, to expand our workplace prevention and conflict resolution practice. Reporting directly to the firm’s management, and under the direct supervision of the Head of the Labour Law Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Drafting, reviewing, and providing consultation on individual and/or collective employment contracts, as well as workplace policies, working conditions guides, or employee handbooks.Providing legal advice and guidance on human resources management and occupational health and safety.Participating in the firm’s training programs on various workplace topics, including awareness sessions, mediation, and coaching.Conducting investigations and admissibility assessments of complaints related to psychological harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or workplace violence,
