Job DescriptionLocation:10655 Southport Rd SW, Unit 790, Calgary, Alberta T2W 4Y1What you'll doInterview or assess potential clients to determine eligibility, acceptance, job readiness, and appropriate stream of service.Provide information about service objectives and expectations for client participation while in service.Collaborate with the client to develop, update and revise service plans, in line with policy.Support and monitor the progress of each client by reviewing the client’s progress and comparing it against the client’s Service Plan, verifying client engagement, ensuring documentation requirements are completed, and performing general oversight activities.Refer the client to external community resources as required and follow up on referrals as appropriate.Support the client in their career journey, including motivating, career consulting, resume reviews, interview preparation, training research, and developing service plans.Provide services in a manner that is welcoming, safe, and professional and ensures client privacy is protected.Stay up-to-date on any other programs or resources that clients may access.QualificationsPost‑secondary certificate, degree, or diploma in a relevant field (e.G., career or employment development, vocational rehabilitation, social work, psychology, sociology, human services, counselling, education, or human resources management) or related experience.2 years of demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring clients; working with individuals from diverse groups; building partnerships with community agencies and other stakeholders.Experience working with Persons with Disabilities and/or high barrier clients; successful track recordhelping clients overcome challenges to employment; flexible, creative,
