This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys taking designs from concept through production.You’ll play a key role in developing and improving our product lines—ensuring designs are efficient, cost-effective, and built to perform in real-world conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Norstar product lines using3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)Translate concepts into detailed production-ready designs, including drafting and dimensioning and performing basic analysis (e.G., FEA/stress considerations)Create accurate production drawings andBills of Materials (BOMs)Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally withengineering, production, and sales teamsProvide design support to production,
