OverviewBusiness Unit : Company 3Position : Client Services RepresentativeLocation : Toronto, ON (On-Site)Hours of Operation : 10:00am - 6:00pm ESTPay Range : $19.00 - $22.00 CAD hourlyResponsibilitiesThe Client Services Representative will greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, handle all incoming calls, and notify staff of client/visitor arrival in a timely fashion.Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate office supply and food and beverage orders, while ensuring security protocols are followed.Order and provide lunches and food and beverage service for clients.Maintain relationships with Producers and staff to ensure all clients’ needs are met including preferences and dietary restrictions.Create and distribute security badges and reports as required.Communicate with vendors and maintain relationships (e.G. custodian services, parking provider).Help ensure the accuracy and coding of vendor invoices.Complete accurate expense reports.Provide administrative duties for various departments.Maintain tidy reception, conference room and common areas.Other duties as assigned.What You BringThe ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication. They must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to learn and process information quickly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing priorities.Possess solid keyboarding skills and a good working knowledge of MS Word,
