You’ll focus on conducting needs analyses, designing comprehensive learning solutions, and translating complex subject matter into clear, impactful training. Your work will span across teams including Sales, Technical Communications, and R&D.; Reporting to the Training Manager, you will help bridge the gap between content expertise and learning design, enabling the organization to build high‑quality training that supports product adoption and business goals.In This Role You WillDesign and contribute to comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor‑led courses, and blended learning solutions tailored to various audiences, including technical, sales, and support teams.Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities within the organization and work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives.Implement and analyze training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve programs based on data‑driven insights.Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including SMEs, product owners, developers, application engineers,
