college diploma or equivalent experienceEnrollment in or completion of the CIP and/or FCIPAbility to be comfortable with change while also promoting change to continuously improve the team’s operational effectiveness and efficiencyProven experience providing genuine customer service to broker partners by presenting commercial insurance solutions specific to the needs of the clientProficient underwriting skills, sound judgment, decision making, negotiation and analytical abilityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure with minimum supervisionProficient skill with computer applications including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeLocationWe’re a hybrid team that thrives on the energy and value of in‑office collaboration. Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary.
