This role operates in a rapid‑paced, global environment, leveraging strong awareness of regional, cultural, and time‑zone nuances to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.This position sits at the center of McCain’s global transformation journey, supporting high‑priority hiring initiatives tied to our S/4HANA implementation and broader digital and AI‑enabled transformation agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of McCain as we evolve our technology landscape, build new capabilities, and scale for the next generation of growth.This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate office in Toronto, with a minimum of three days per week onsite.What You’ll Be DoingAct as a trusted recruitment advisor in a high‑volume, high‑priority environment, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure top talent selectionDrive end‑to‑end recruitment execution against critical project deliverables tied to our S/4HANA transformation and emerging AI and digital initiativesBuild and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies across global and niche talent marketsConduct meaningful interviews, assess capability and fit, and provide clear, consultative guidance to hiring managers and stakeholdersManage offer strategy, negotiation, and close, ensuring a seamless and competitive candidate experience in a fast‑moving marketPartner closely with business leaders to anticipate future hiring needs as we scale transformation programs and AI‑enabled capabilitiesDeliver creative, cost‑effective, and agile sourcing solutions in competitive and high‑demand talent marketsLeverage SuccessFactors (ATS) and Phenom (CRM) to ensure accurate,
real‑time tracking and reporting of recruitment activityContribute to team excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of recruitment practicesSupport special projects and transformation‑related hiring initiatives as neededWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (agency background is a plus)2+ years of experience recruiting technology, digital, or transformation‑related roles strongly preferred (S/4HANA experience a plus)Proven success in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruitment environments with competing priorities and critical timelinesExposure to or interest in AI, digital transformation, or large‑scale enterprise change environmentsStrong sourcing expertise across complex and competitive talent markets using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche channelsHighly customer‑focused, with a strong commitment to candidate experience and stakeholder partnershipComfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities within a global environmentAbout The Team Reporting to the Corporate Talent Manager, you’ll join a Talent Acquisition team that genuinely loves what we do. We operate as one connected Talent Acquisition team, focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building strong business partnerships, and bringing momentum and pride to everything we do.Compensation Package $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility.
