This full-time permanent position is open for structural engineers and non-engineers to participate actively in design, analysis, and detailing of wood truss components. Ideal candidates will immerse in a technology-forward workplace, utilizing BIM software while contributing to a robust product development process within MiTek’s competitive framework.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design structural wood trusses adhering to CSA O86 • Develop steel component designs based on CSA S136 • Create 3D structural models and connection designs • Offer client support to utilize MITEK’s design software • Contribute to product testing and development initiatives

Requirements: • Preferred P.Eng. or relevant title credentials • Minimum five years of industry-specific experience • Strong understanding of the National Building Code • High proficiency in software learning, especially MS Office • Fluent in both French and English
