OverviewSoucy is seeking an operations assistant to help manufacture rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. This role emphasizes rigor, coordination and physical work in a team that aims for high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesPerform stretching, perforating, stapling, rolling, identification, washing, painting, deburring, jointing, packaging, and various handling operationsPerform assembly operations on rubber parts (windows)Load and unload a press in various areas of activityUse raw materials, equipment, and tools efficiently while complying with specified quality standardsNotify the warehouse attendant of any upcoming raw material requirements or container changesCheck that the product complies with established quality standards and notify the quality assurance inspector or team leader of any suspected issuesDuring downtime,
