In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.About the Role The Senior Retirement Consultant is responsible for servicing and managing a dedicated block of group retirement plan clients, acting as a trusted advisor to plan sponsors and key stakeholders. This role focuses on delivering high quality consulting support, retaining and deepening client relationships, and providing strategic guidance on plan design, governance, provider oversight, and member outcomes.The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent relationship management skills,



and the ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance plan effectiveness while ensuring regulatory and best practice compliance.What You’ll DoServe as the primary consultant and day to day relationship manager for an assigned block of group retirement plan clients, ensuring consistent, high quality serviceBuild solid, long term relationships with plan sponsors, committees, and internal stakeholders to support client retention and satisfactionLead annual plan reviews and ongoing touchpoints to assess plan performance, member outcomes and alignment with client objectiveProactively identify potential risks, service issues or retention concerns and develop solutions in collaboration with internal teams and vendorsAdvise clients on plan design enhancements, including eligibility, contribution structures, automatic features, investment menu considerations and member engagement strategiesProvide guidance on plan governance, CAP Guidelines and applicable federal / provincial legislation (federal and provincial)Support clients through plan changes, vendor transitions or special projects, ensuring a smooth and well communicated experienceManage consulting time and service models to ensure alignment between client needs, compensation and overall
